Working closely with the CEO and in partnership with the Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy plan, with the objective to drive new business growth as well as managing and growing current accounts, through an end-to-end sales process.
You will use your network to increase engagement and brand awareness to a selected and suitable target audience. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation, to pipeline qualification and management, to product demonstrations and pitches, to negotiating and closing deals. You will be comfortable establishing relationships with various legal professionals within the industry, including those at C-Suite level.
You will also play a part in (supported by the Customer Success team) managing and maintaining existing accounts by supporting them through their onboarding journey, collecting and distributing relevant feedback, and liaising with internal teams to ensure we are always striving for improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You and the CEO will set the business vision and strategy of the company in terms of sales targets and act as the company's voice to ensure LawAdvsor is well-represented in the legaltech space.
You’ll define and communicate the business’s KPIs and targets to the company’s senior stakeholders, analyse patterns in consumer and market behaviour, and subsequently define data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimise the business’s commercial performance.
You have the commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyse sales department performance. You will also be responsible for the management of individuals reporting to you. Coaching, mentoring, removing blocking issues, and supporting them in their professional development to help unlock their full potential and grow.
